The Rcmp Musical Ride is one of Manitoba’s best kept secrets. I had no concept of what a musical ride was until one hot summer day in July of 2008, when our family visited the Manitoba Stampede in Morris, and witnessed the unforgetable RCMP musical Ride show. Yes the Rodeo was exciting, but we experienced the thrill of a lifetime as we watched, mesmerized, the intricate and expertly coordinated movements to music, of the most beautiful black horses. Cudos to the stars of the show – the horses and riders. After the ride we got the opportunity to visit with the horses up close and personal. What a treat!
